Sean were out to meet up his customers in the afternoon at about 4pm after taking lunch with me at Pan Mee shop in Kota Kemuning. The pan mee was nice except that the curry laksa has to be improved. Fortunately, I ordered a plate of dried pan mee. Beside, we shared a bowl of bubur cha cha. It was tasty and as well as the iced lemon tea. Then I had a piano lesson with Sean's little sister - Shi Teng for one and a half hours.
After that, we went out to buy some food for steamboat tonight. It is the highlight of today because it was my first time preparing the dinner with his sisters together. I was not sure what to buy actually. I just went out with them to look around what kind of food is suitable for steamboat and we spent about RM45. With that amount of food, I think RM45 was a bit expensive because somewhere could get a lower price if we plan earlier to buy. Anyway, it was not really a matter to me as long as we were happy about what we have bought. We had bought cheese sausages, Ayamas chicken balls, mushrooms, chicken meat, yu beng, toufu, chilli padi, tom yam cubes, potatos, eggs, yee mee and etc.
In order to prepare the food in a faster time, we devided the job. While we were waiting for Sean to come home, we cooked the tom yam soup first so that he could eat as soon as he reaches home. We really enjoyed the time eating together. It was not bad due to it was only our first time cooking steamboat by ourselves. It was because their parents were not at home. Actually there was nothing difficult to prepare streamboat, in fact, it was the easiest way to prepare and cook compared to others. The most important of all is, to prepare a good soup for steamboat. The bad thing was, the chilli padi really hit up my left hand. My hand was red and hot after cutting the chilli padi. So kesian...
After taking our dinner, we played Mahjong together. I used to win at the other days when I played with them but not this time. Sean won for few rounds already and yet I did not win even once today. May be I was not concentrate enough. Anyway, I really had a great time with him and his family. It was always nice and comfortable being with them...
